Library Operations Manager – MiraCosta College, Oceanside, CA. 92056
MiraCosta Community College is seeking a Library Operations Manager to lead and coordinate daily library operations across district sites and online. This role collaborates closely with library staff, faculty, and Learning Commons partners to deliver high-quality library and academic support services for the college community.
Minimum Qualifications:
Graduation from an accredited four‑year college or university with a bachelor’s degree and at least four years of directly related experience, including three years in a supervisory role—or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
Preferred: Master’s degree in library science and experience in a college library system.
Location: Oceanside Campus
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
Salary: Starting at $112,166 annually, DOE
